Here are some good tips from MenScience:
Time-Change Tips
Each year, we resolve to make positive changes. Sometimes, we succeed. Most of the time, however, we find ourselves right back where we started. The key to a successful resolution is simple: make it realistic. Here are some MenScience-approved realistic resolutions that will have a positive impact in 2011 and beyond.

1. Stop drinking soft drinks. The sugar and carbonation in soft drinks can do a number on your teeth by destroying tooth enamel; the last thing you want is yellowish teeth. Plus, soft drinks are empty calories that can be eliminated easily by replacing them with water.

2. Lose 1 pound a month. Instead of saying, I want to lose 15 pounds this year, break it down into more specific, manageable goals. The idea is to make gradual changes so that you're likelier to stick with it.

3. Take an Omega-3 supplement daily it's good for your heart and brain. This is a no-brainer (pun intended). For more information on omega-3 supplements, see The Importance of Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

4. Follow a simple anti-aging skincare regimen. Just because another year has passed doesn't mean that you have to look like it has. Make sure you have the following products on-hand: Microfine Facial Scrub, Anti-Aging Formula, Eye Rescue Formula and Advanced Antioxidant Daily Supplement.

5. Try a new hairstyle. If you've had your current hairstyle for all of 2010, it's time for a new change. Check out our slideshow Get the Men's Hairstyle That's Right for You for suggestions.

6. Eat one more serving of fruits or vegetables.
Instead of sticking to the usual suspects, branch out. Pomegranate, berries and carrots are some examples that are loaded with delicious flavor and powerful antioxidants. Don't forget to take an antioxidant supplement to balance your diet, too.

7. Play your favorite sport at least once every couple of weeks. Get organized and get active. You don't even need to join a gym. Just get out and play. Our article Exercises Effect on Men's Skin has information on the benefits you'll see from regular exercise.

8. Go to sleep 15 minutes earlier. Just an extra 15 minutes of sleep can have a profound positive effect on you. Why is sleep so important? Read How Sleep Affects Men's Health to find out.

9. Get a men's facial. If you've never had one, you don't know what you're missing. Your face will feel better, cleaner and softer than ever. If you're intimidated by the whole spa thing, consider a mini-facial with the MenScience Face Mask.

10. Take supplements to enhance your workout. We recommend the MenScience 24 Fit System for an all-natural system to help you gain lean muscle mass and burn more fat.
